These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.

Although the Provider strives to maintain data integrity and prevent data loss, there is no absolute guarantee against data loss or corruption. The Provider commits to support and rectify any identified or reported issues related to the Content and its backup mechanisms. You agree that the Provider bears no liability concerning the integrity of Content or the failure in successfully restoring Content to a usable state.

In order to prevent data loss, You agree to maintain an independent, comprehensive, and accurate backup of any Content separate from the Service.
