Vidgee is a web application that allows users to create videos and marketing content that may be narrated with AI-generated voices and may contain content provided by the users.

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Czech Republic.
We reserve the right to update these Terms from time to time. Users will be notified using reasonable means in reasonable time to be able to react to changes.
The Service is provided “as is” without any warranty. We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of the Service.
The Service enables you to submit, upload or otherwise provide User Content. You assume full responsibility for all User Content you post to the Service, ensuring its legality, reliability, and appropriateness.

The Provider commits to support and rectify any identified or reported issues related to the Content and its backup mechanisms. You agree that the Provider bears no liability concerning the integrity of Content or the failure in successfully restoring Content to a usable state.
In order to prevent data loss, You agree to maintain an independent, comprehensive, and accurate backup of any Content separate from the Service.
